<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to precisely recognize a shortage of opening position holding power of a tail gate, by preventing door closing by dead weight of the tail gate, when being likely to be insufficient in holding power of an opening position to the tail gate. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicular opening-closing driving device can hold a full opening position of the tail gate, only by thrust of a gas stay, by arranging a motor 11 with a speed reducer, a clutch 12, and the gas stay 4 between a car body 2 and the tail gate 1; and forcibly drives door closing, after driving up to the full opening position, by connecting the motor with the speed reducer, when detecting the door closing by the dead weight of the tail gate, after separating the motor with the speed reducer. Thus, when the holding power of the opening position is insufficient, since a door is closed after fully opening once, cargo loading-unloading work can be performed during that time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
