<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device capable of effectively removing particulate matter contained in exhaust gas and making filter replacement unnecessary. <P>SOLUTION: This device is the exhaust emission control device 2 collecting particulate matter contained in exhaust gas flowing in an exhaust pipe system of an internal combustion engine and provided with a casing 4 introducing and discharging exhaust gas, an adsorption member 6 provided in the casing 4, adsorbing particulate matter by contacting with exhaust gas and moving inside of the casing 4, and a particulate matter removing means 8 removing particulate matter adsorbed on a surface of the adsorption member6 from the surface of the adsorption member 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
