<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely preparing appropriate raw materials for respective works in a production process. <P>SOLUTION: This production management system 10 is provided with a work station 12(computer), a printer device 14 connected to the work station 12 for printing a two-dimensional code including operation information associated with a predetermined operation outputted from the work station 12, portable terminal equipment 16 for reading the two-dimensional code and a portable printer device 18 connected to the portable terminal equipment 16. The portable terminal equipment 16 acquires information associated with an operation by reading the two-dimensional code on an operation instruction C, and acquires information associated with raw materials by reading the two-dimensional code on the container or package M of raw materials, and compares those information.
