PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preserve cooked rice at an appropriate temperature after finishing reheating by reheating during clocking of a timer for turning off a heat preservation. SOLUTION: This rice cooker/warmer is provided with a control means 35 controlling a heating means 5 based on the detected temperature from a temperature detecting means 6 and performing, at least, cooking, warming, and the reheating. This device is also provided with a setting means 26 setting an execution time of the warming, and a reheating command means 23 commanding the reheating. The control means 35 is provided with a warming timer turn-off function, when a warming time set by the setting means 26 is elapsed during warming set by the setting means 26, stopping the warming and, when the reheating is commanded by the reheating command means 23 during the execution of the timer for turning off the warming, stopping the execution of the timer for stopping warming, performing the reheating, and shifting to the warming process or the stopping of the warming by the timer after finishing the reheating.
