PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-powder laminated product having heat resistance capale of withstanding boiling sterilization at 95°C or above and semi-retorting or retorting sterilization at 115°C or above and good in transparency. SOLUTION: When a laminate layer is formed on a base material by the extrusion coating of a polyethylene composition composed of 40-90 wt.% of medium density polyethylene (1), which is produced using a metallocene catalyst or single site catalyst with a density of 0.930 g/cm<SP>3</SP>or above, a Vicat softening point of 105-125°C and a melt flow rate of 2-25 g/10 min and 10-60 wt.% of linear low density polyethylene (2) due to a metallocene catalyst or single site catalyst with a density of 0.929 g/cm<SP>3</SP>or below, a cooling roll of which the surface roughness Rz is adjusted to 5-12μm, the hole diameter is made small and the number of holes is reduced, is used to perform processing without sprinkling a powder.
