PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a minute contact section in the order of nano meters on the magnetic layer (magnetism reception section, free layer) having an area of approximately 100 nm×100 nm×several nm by a method suited for mass production. SOLUTION: The magnetism reception section 2 and a reference magnetic section 4 are arranged while at least one portion is in contact, and the area of the contact section is reduced by machining, thus manufacturing at least one minute contact section 7 between the magnetism reception section and the reference magnetic section finally.
