PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine with a simple structure suitable for effectively preventing mischief to a money transfer device housed in a vending machine and preventing rainwater from entering a main body of the vending machine. SOLUTION: This automatic vending machine is provided with a channel member provided on a rear face side of a front panel body and supporting the front panel body and forming a fixing part of the money transfer device, and a reinforcing plate fixed to the channel member, provided between the channel member and the front panel body and covering an area except a money input port of the front part of the money transfer device. The reinforcing plate is provided with a core part fixed to the channel member and positioned in a front part of the money transfer device, projected from the core part to the front panel body side through a prescribed inclined face, positioned on the rear face of the front panel body, and covering around the money input port.
