PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technology for shortening the time required to launch service when a user starts to enjoy the service via a network. SOLUTION: A means to be operated when it becomes a connecting source comprises a means for detecting the availability of the connection by issuing a connection requirement to a multi-point connection terminal device of a connecting party and receiving the response; a means for making connections between connectable terminal devices; and a means for notifying identification information of the connected terminal devices to each connected terminal device, respectively. A means to be operated when it becomes the connecting party comprises a means for determining the availability of the connection in response to the connection requirement issued from the terminal device of the connecting party to reply the determination result; and a means for specifying the terminal device of the connecting party to which the connection requirement must be issued from the own device, according to the identification information notified from the terminal device of the connecting party.
