PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive prevention of a leakage of a liquid from a connecting location between a liquid consuming device and a liquid supplying tank under a state in which both of them are being separated from each other. SOLUTION: A first connecting part 1 comprises a first cylinder part 11, a first plunger 12, a first valve member 13 installed at one end of the first plunger 12 and a biasing means 14 for always biasing the first plunger 12 in such a direction as one where the first valve member 13 closes a first valve hole 10. A second connecting part 2 comprises a second cylinder part 21, a second plunger 22, a second valve 23 installed at one end of the second plunger 22, a biasing means 24 for always urging the second plunger 22 in such a direction as one where the second valve member 23 closes a second valve hole 20, and a cylinder 25 for receiving the first cylinder 11. As the liquid supplying tank is filled with the liquid, the first plunger 12 and the second plunger 22 are abutted on each other and moved together against the urging of the biasing means 14, 24.
