PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a water storage machine that discharges a liquid in a water storage container out of it via a discharging pump and a liquid level tube, in that air accumulating in the discharging pump makes the liquid level of the water storage container and that of the liquid level tube differ from each other. SOLUTION: Air accumulating in the discharging pump can be removed and the liquid level of the water storage container and the liquid level of the liquid level tube can be made equal, by providing the water storage machine with a control means that drives a discharging means such that a liquid is not discharged from the discharging opening.
