PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seek downsizing of an air conditioner casing (air conditioning unit) by abolishing an air mix door. SOLUTION: By rotatively displacing a scroll casing 2b to change the flow of air blown from a wind blower 2 to a fixed direction, the volume of air blown to an evaporator 4 and a heater 5 is adjusted. Through this arrangement, an air mix door can be abolished, and an air conditioner casing (air conditioning unit 1) can be downsized. Also because the ratio of cool air volume and warm air volume is adjusted through the rotative displacement of the scroll casing 2b by means of a spur gear 2c, it is possible to downsize the air conditioning unit and reduce the manufacturing cost of the unit compared with conventional cases in which the air mix door is swung through a link mechanism.
