PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce rolling of a full through the use of exhaust pressure from the engine of a ship. SOLUTION: Exhaust pipes branched from an engine are connected to seawater passage tanks installed at waterfront portions of both sides of a hull, while an exhaust adjustment valve, designed to detect the rolling inclination and restoration behaviors of the hull, is formed at the central point of branching, and engine exhaust is sent to both seawater passage tanks or stopped, when required. Thus, by inputting and outputting seawater to and from the seawater passage tanks through the utilization of the exhaust pressure, the mechanism makes it possible to cause and extinguish buoyancy to secure the couple of buoyancy resisting against the couple of hull inclination force as well as a restraining force against the reaction of a restoring force, thereby contributing to reduction of ship rolling.
