摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an impact absorption pad having high freedom of setting of an impact absorption characteristic by integral molding or the like at low cost. SOLUTION: The impact absorption pad 14 arranged at a back side of a door trim 10 can be integrally molded by injection molding and manufactured at low cost since an inwardly directed projection 22 and an outwardly directed projection 24 are vertically at both side of an intermediate plate part 20 respectively. Since it is integrally molded by PP beads, organization of porosity or the like is uniform and quality is stable. The desired impact absorption performance is stably obtained even if it is constituted by a relatively thin thickness of 20 mm or lower. A cooling time at the injection molding is shortened due to thin thickness to enhance productivity. The inwardly directed projection 22 and the outwardly directed projection 24 are damaged by a predetermined impact load and the intermediate plate part 20 is also damaged by a predetermined impact load by deviating the positions each other.
