PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding tool, in which a pamphlet such as an album or a file is pinched by the spring characteristics of legs arranging alternately opposite to one another and the number of pages of which can be increased and decreased. SOLUTION: Legs arranging alternately opposite to one another are stood at proper intervals and then extended so as to cross the legs one another or make the legs flush with one another in order to pinch the pamphlet by utilizing the spring characteristics of these opposing pegs.
