PURPOSE: A car door hinge is provided to function as a door checker and a door hinge simultaneously by attaching a plate spring having many hanging grooves to a hinge member of the car body side and installing a hinge shaft to a hanging groove of a plate spring. CONSTITUTION: The car door hinge(50) contains: a hinge member for the door side(51) provided with a horizontal flange(51d) having inner and outer holes which are formed vertically on both sides of a combining plane of the door side(51a) to face each other and formed horizontally at regular intervals; a hinge member for the car body side(52) formed vertically on both sides of a combining plane of the car body side(52a) and provided with a vertical flange(52c) having a hole matched to the outer hole of the horizontal flange(51d); a plate spring(53) coupled with a mounting hole(52d) of the combining plane of the car body side(52a) of the hinge member of the car body side(52) and provided with many hanging grooves(53a,53b); and a hinge shaft(54) whose intermediate part(54a) is located on the upper side of a hanging groove of the plate spring(53), wherein both ends(54b) of the intermediate part(54a) are inserted to the hole of a vertical flange(52c) of the hinge member of the car body side(52) and the outer hole of a horizontal flange(51d) to be inserted to the inner hole of the horizontal flange(51d). |
