PURPOSE: A novel organic silane compound having a triaryl silyl ethynyl group is provided, which has color purity, brightness, and stability for full coloration and large size. And an organic electroluminescent(EL) device using the organic silane compound is provided also. CONSTITUTION: The organic silane compound has the triaryl silyl ethynyl group represented by the formula 1. In the formula, R1 is hydrogen, a C1-C12 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, or a C6-C18 substituted or unsubstituted aryl group and R2 is hydrogen, a halogen group, a nitro group, a cyano group, a C1-C12 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a C6-C18 substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, a C1-C12 substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted triaryl silyl ethynyl styryl group, or N(R5)(R6), wherein R5 and R6 are identically or differently C1-C12 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl groups or C6-C18 substituted or unsubstituted aryl group. And the organic EL device contains a luminescent layer containing the organic silane compound having the triaryl silyl ethynyl group. |
