PURPOSE: A device for reinforcing a structure using multi-directional pre-stress is provided to offer uniform tensile force in both directions by installing a PS(Pre-stressed) strand extending in both directions and to prevent the loosening or relaxing of the PS strand. CONSTITUTION: A structure reinforcing device(100) using multi-directional pre-stressing comprises a PS strand(110), two fixation members(120) wound with the PS steel strand, a combining unit(130) for fixing the fixation members on a slab(10), and a strand fixing member(140) for fixing the PS strand. The fixation members include at least one positioning recesses on the outer face on which the strand is wound to stably fix the strand at a specific height.
