PURPOSE: Herbal noodles prepared using powder of medicinal herbs based on herbal prescriptions, for example, sipjeondaebotang, ssanghwatang, chongmyungtang or the like are provided. Therefore, the consumer can take medicinal components easily through herbal noodles. CONSTITUTION: Medicinal herbs are heated or steamed according to herbal characteristic based on herbal prescriptions, dried and then ground. The herbal powder is mixed with wheat flour and water, kneaded and formed into noodles. In case of sipjeondaebotang, 4.5g Ginseng Radix, 4.5g Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, 4.5g Hoelen, 4.5g Glycyrrhizae Radix, 4.5g Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 4.5g Paeoniae Radix, 4.5g Cnidii Rhizoma, 4.5g Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 3.75g Astragali Radix, 3.75g Cinnamomi Cortex, two jujubes and 3 pieces of dried ginger. |
