PURPOSE: A construction method of a reinforced vegetation block for the open-cut slope is provided to protect the open-cut part of the roadside of an embankment without breakdown by coupling green mats and the open-cut slope firmly and fixing reinforced vegetation blocks using a fixture. CONSTITUTION: The construction method of a reinforced vegetation block for the open-cut slope comprises the steps of spreading green mats(1) on the leveled open-cut slope(20) and spreading a wire net(2) on the top of the green mat(1) in the same size as the green mat(1), perforating the site of the open-cut slope(20) for setting a reinforced vegetation block to the appointed depth, placing concrete(21) to the perforated hole, inserting a steel pin(4) fixed to a through hole of a fixture(3) to the concrete(21), setting a reinforced vegetation block on each fixture(3), erecting a teardrop pipe(16) having many teardrop holes(15) to the open-cut slope(20), placing native rock(12) into a space formed by coupling reinforced vegetation blocks, then covering up with a wire net(13), binding up the wire net(13) with a wire(9) buried under the front and rear of the reinforced vegetation block and coupling a fixture cover(14) provided with a through hole with the fixture(3).
