PURPOSE: A color filter substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, a liquid crystal panel having the same and a liquid crystal display are provided to remove butterfly stains generated in a liquid crystal display by differently adjusting a cell gap by differently adjusting thickness of a seal line member. CONSTITUTION: An organic film is formed on color filters. In an area remotely contacting with lamps installed under an array substrate, a plurality of first spacers(2451) are formed, protruded from a base level at first height. In an area closely contacting with the lamps, a plurality of second spacers(2452) are formed, protruded from the base level at second height higher than the first height. Between the first spacers and the second spacers, a plurality of third spacers(2453) are formed at third height higher than the first height and lower than the second height.
