PURPOSE: An oil pumping device of a crank shaft in a hermetic compressor is provided to form the oil pumping device by using only a hollow piece for weaken the oil stirring and oil foam caused by the rotation of an oil piece, thereby supplying oil smoothly. CONSTITUTION: An oil pumping device of a crank shaft in a hermetic compressor includes an approximately straight hollow piece(40). The hollow piece has an oil tube channel(42) inside, of which an outlet part(42e) is mounted at a position out of a rotation center of the crank shaft, thereby being connected to an oil channel(35). An inlet part(42i) thereof is mounted to be extended from a lower end of the crank shaft to be positioned to the rotation center of the crank shaft. Since the outlet is not positioned to the center of rotation of the crank shaft, the hollow piece stirs the oil less.
