PURPOSE: A small-sized optical disk, a device for recording data on the small-sized optical disk, a method therefor, a device for reading the data recorded on the small-sized optical disk and a method therefor are provided to repeatedly record data to be recorded in an inner area where an error correction is hard to be carried out, thereby preventing an error caused by a defect of the inner area. CONSTITUTION: A lead-in area(110), a user data area(130), and a lead-out area(150) are disposed on a small-sized optical disk(100) toward an inner circumference direction from an outer circumference direction of the small-sized optical disk(100). The lead-in area(110) records data or reproduces the recorded data. The user data area(130) records user data. A data structure of the lead-out area(150) is similar to a structure of the lead-in area(110), or a portion of information to be recorded in the lead-in area(110) is recorded in the lead-out area(150).
