<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the straight flow of ink, and enable writing with no blur by suppressing the evaporation of the ink even if a ballpoint pen is left in a non-writing state for a relatively long time, in terms of the ballpoint pen using quick-dry low-viscosity-gel or medium-viscosity-gel oil-based ink; and to make the ballpoint pen easily suffering ink break possess the action of preventing the outflow of the ink from being interrupted due to dropping impact, poor flowability of the ink, etc., and the restoration function from the interruption of the outflow of the ink. <P>SOLUTION: In this ballpoint pen, an ink adjusting body, wherein a leading-end ball is brought into close contact with an inner edge of a ball holding part at a leading end of a tip and wherein an elastic springing body is provided at a leading end pressing the backside of the leading-end ball so that a close contact state can be released in the writing, is closely mounted in an inner hole of the tip; the ink and a follower, which is moved to a rear end of the ink along with the consumption of the ink, are provided in an ink storage part in the rear of the ink adjusting body; a pumping-type pressure mechanism is provided in the rear of the follower; and a rear end of the follower can be pressurized by a knocking operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
