<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for kneading a fine carbon fiber into a specific resin. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a high dispersion resin mixture comprising an elastomer, a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin is to mix the elastomer and the thermoplastic resin or the thermosetting resin with a fine carbon fiber of a nano scale without bringing about a chemical reaction. The elastomer shows a Williams plasticity of 80 to 400; the thermoplastic resin shows a melt index (MI) of 2 to 40 g/10 min., preferably 3 to 40 g/10 min.; and the thermosetting resin shows a viscosity of 0.6 to 2,000 Pa×s. This method comprises a process to form a parcel by enveloping the fine carbon fiber with the resin as a wrapping film and a multi-layer rolling process to fold and again roll a plate-like body obtained by rolling the parcel and does not require an additional material for kneading as an indispensable material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
