<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid evaporator appropriately keeping heat energy supply balance between a transporting section side and a evaporating section side and continuously generating vapor. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid evaporator comprises a heat source body 11 with a heat source 10 embedded therein, a heater 13 for boiling liquid in a transporting pipe 12, and a heat-transfer suppressing means 14 made of a material with heat conductivity lower by one digit than the transporting pipe 12. While reserving heat energy to be supplied to a side for evaporating by setting the heat source at a high temperature, the heat transfer to the transporting pipe is suppressed, and scale adhesion caused by local boiling in the transporting pipe is therefore suppressed. Thus, the liquid evaporator that appropriately keeps heat energy supply balance between the transporting section side and the evaporating section side and continuously generates vapor at approximately 100°C degree, is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
