<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening method for a hose fitting metal piece assuring enhanced sealing performance without changing the structure of the hose fitting metal piece. <P>SOLUTION: The fastening method for the hose fitting metal piece is configured so that the end 2X of a hose 2 is inserted between the core pipe 3 of the metal piece 1 and an outer cylinder 4, which 4 is fastened from the periphery by a plurality of fastener pawls 9 having a pressing surface 9a having a circular arc section and arranged in a ring shape so that it 4 is contracted diametrically and fastened onto the end 2X of the hose 2.
