<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic camera photographing apparatus capable of photographing video information not only taking as a reference the position of a mobile at which a camera is mounted but also corresponding to changes in moving states, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile video server 5 mounted on the mobile is provided with a reference information section 20. A control section 22 grasps the moving state of the mobile by receiving position information, speed information, etc. output from the reference information section 20.
