PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the same terminal or connector to receive / output downlink data and uplink data and to avoid mutual signals of the data from being interfered with each other. SOLUTION: The two-way communication device is provided with: a first connector 10a for receiving a television signal and the downlink data; a diplexer 14 connected to the first connector 10a; a first distributor 16 coupled to a high frequency side terminal of the diplexer 14; a second connector 10b coupled to one output terminal of the first distributor 16; and a third connector 10c coupled to a low frequency side terminal of the diplexer 14, and a high pass filter 18 is interposed between the third connector 10c and the other output terminal of the first distributor 16 to prevent interference between the downlink data and the uplink data.
