PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge disk loading device capable of increasing the space efficiency of a recording/reproducing device. SOLUTION: The cartridge disk loading device 30 mounts a cartridge main body 10, moves a tray supported by the casing 21 of a recording/reproducing device 20 back and forth, and raises the cartridge 12 by a raising means 32. The cartridge push-up means 41 of the raising means 32 pushes up the rear part of the cartridge 12 by a cartridge contact pin 43. The tray push-up means 42 of the raising means 32 brings a tray contact part 44 into contact with each tray contact rib 31H, and inclines the tray 31 with its front up by pushing up the front of the tray 31 only.
