PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve data transmission efficiency by automating selection of a plurality of externally connecting devices, improving error retry success rate by switching automatically at the time of error retry, and further processing only non-transmitted section without discarding the transmitted data. SOLUTION: In order to achieve the above purpose, this processing is provided with: a means to manage external equipment and a plurality of externally connecting devices connected to the external equipment; a means to select the externally connecting device based on the data; a means to carry out input/output processing according to the selected externally connecting device; and a means to properly integrating transmitted data and un-transmitted data at the time of occurrence of an input/output error.
