PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing damper equipped with enhanced durability, using a less number of component parts, and embodied at low cost. SOLUTION: The torque fluctuation absorbing damper includes a coupling part 2 whereby a flange part 21c extended one side in the axial direction of a hub 1 from a pulley 21 supported on the rim part 1c of the hub 1 through a bearing 4 is coupled resiliently with the hub 1 through the first resilient piece 22, and also by a dynamic vibration absorption part 3, a ring-shaped mass 31 installed on the other side in the axial direction of the hub 1 is coupled resiliently with the hub 1 through the second resilient piece 32. A projection 1e formed at the end of the rim part 1c of the hub 1 is loosely fitted in a notch 21f formed at the end don the opposite side to the flange part 21c of the pulley 21 with an appropriate clearance reserved in the circumferential direction so as to restrict the relative displacement in the circumferential direction of the hub 1 and pulley 21.
