PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off structure of bathroom fittings, and the bathroom fittings having this cut-off structure, for easily performing cut-off processing in both outside end parts of a flashing member. SOLUTION: This water cut-off structure has the flashing member 46 arranged in a lower frame 32 of a fitting frame 2, and constituted so as to freely rise-up and fall-down between a rising-up position for checking the inflow of waste water to the dressing room B side, and a falling-down position for falling down, so as to be flush with a dressing room floor 6, and a pushing-up member 26 for moving the flashing member 46 to the rising-up position in blocking up, and moving the flashing member 46 to the falling-down position in opening. The flashing member 46 is arranged in a depth width of both vertical frames 14 of the fitting frame 2, on the dressing room B side in the depth direction to a door body 3.
