摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable floor height type structure superior in working efficiency, and changeable in the floor height with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This variable floor height type structure 1 is composed of a structural skeleton 2, variable floors 5, and suspension materials 8. The horizontally arranged variable floors 5 are arranged in a plurality in the height direction inside the structural skeleton 2. The movable floor 5 is suspended and supported via the suspension materials 8 by the other variable floor 5 positioned just above or a top part beam 4 of the structural skeleton 2 positioned just above. The suspension material 8 has an expansion adjusting mechanism 8a capable of controlling the expansion in the length direction. The variable floor height type structure 1 having such a constitution can easily change the variable floor 5 in the desired horizontal height, by extending or shortening the member length of the suspension material 8 via the expansion adjusting mechanism 8a. Thus, when desiring to shorten the floor height of a prescribed story, the member length of the suspension material 8 for supporting the variable floor 5 of the story, is preferably shortened via the expansion adjusting mechanism 8a.
