PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film degradation diagnostic system capable of adjusting the position where a measuring probe is connected to a measuring object on the same position at every time, and acquiring simply data necessary for diagnosis. SOLUTION: Information on impedance measurement of a coating film 8 and characteristic degradation diagnosis is recorded in a QR code 33, and the QR code 33 is stuck on a label 31 for showing the position where the measuring probe 10 is to be connected on the surface of the coating film 8.
