PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet with a post card on which the amount of information such as advertisement is not decreased even if the post card for application and a concealment strip are attached on a booklet main body at a low cost, and a method for using it. SOLUTION: The booklet 30 with the post card is provided with the booklet main body 33-1 provided with a post card part 33a, an information part 33c and a concealing part 31, and an attached sheet 34-1 provided with an information part 34a and a Y-cut 36. The post card part 33a and the concealing part 31 are connected with each other, and the width of the booklet main body 33-1 is approximately two times of the width of the post card part 33a. The attached sheet 34 has a lower basis weight than that of the booklet main body 33. When this booklet 30 with the post card is used, a part covering the concealing part 31 is released by using the Y-cut 36, and then, the concealing part 31 and the post card part 33a are separated from each other through a perforation mc, and both parts are stuck together so as not to see an entry column, to send it as a concealed post card.
