PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate which consists of a metallic material having single composition and is provided with an inclining function in the thickness direction and a manufacturing method of it. SOLUTION: The metal plate consists of a metallic material having the single composition and is a metal plate having the inclining function in the thickness direction in which the sectional structure is asymmetrical to the center of thickness. As the manufacturing method of the metal plate having the inclining function in the thickness direction, in this manufacturing method of the metal plate having the inclination function in the thickness direction, after two metal plates are laminated and rolled, respective metal plates are stripped off along the laminating surfaces, or one metal plate is removed, or furthermore part or the whole of the sectional structure is changed in quality by performing heat treatment.
