PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher for directly crushing the plate-shaped cake pressed by a filter press. SOLUTION: This crusher has a crushing edge to be rotated at an optional revolving speed in a main body of an optional shape. All parts of this crusher are made from SUS304, for example. In the concrete, this crusher is constituted so that the prismatic main body has a main shaft on the inside in the longitudinal direction, the plurality of crushing edges each of which is sharpened at an acute angle are arranged on the main shaft in the rotational direction and the main shaft is rotated at the optional revolving speed. When the cake pressed by the filter press is thrown in this crusher through a throwing-in port, the crushed cake is discharged from a discharge port arranged in the lower part of the main body.
