PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic medium feeder of a game machine capable of evading the waste of time and wear of the device by evading the automatic feed of game media in the case that the number of credited game media reaches the maximum credit number. SOLUTION: The automatic medium feeder of the game machine is characterized in provided with a medium feeding port (420), a medium selector (48), a feeding medium tray (231) for the automatic feed, a medium transfer means (130) for transferring the game media to the middle of the route of the game media from the front of the medium feeding port (420) to the medium selector (48), and a recognition means (120) for outputting feed impossible signals to the medium transfer means (130) in the case of reaching the maximum credit number.
