PURPOSE: A base device for damping motor vibration is provided to prevent crack and spacing of a motor base and separation of v-belt, to reduce working times of worker during maintenance and to improve safety of worker by preventing accident beforehand. CONSTITUTION: The base device(1) for damping vibration generated upon mounting a motor(10) onto a screen installation includes a plurality of moving bodies(30) fixed on a fixing plate while moving in back and forth, a motor housing supporting members(50) for fixedly engaging a housing(12) of the motor on a center axis(52) which is connected between the moving bodies, a guide plate engaged with the center axis between the motor housing supporting members, and a damping member(90) provided between the guide plate and the fixing plate for damping motor vibration.
