FIELD: organic chemistry, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention describes a new plant growth stimulating agent containing the following active components: (i) jasmonic acid or jasmonate of the general formula (1) <EMI ID=0.1 HE=18 WI=41 TI=CHI> where R1 means pentyl or pentenyl group and R2 means hydrogen atom or alkyl group, and (ii) brassinosteroid of the formula (2) <EMI ID=0.2 HE=47 WI=81 TI=CHI> and liquid carrier where mass ratio of brassinosteroid of the formula (2) to jasmonic acid or jasmonate of the formula (1), i. e. (i) : (ii) is at the range from 1:1 to 1:5000 and content of components (i) : (ii) is from 0.01 to 500 ppm and from 0.001 to 1 ppm of total weight of stimulating agent composition, respectively. Developed composition of plant growth stimulating agent shows promoting effect on growth of root crop cultures, potato and taro, cereal cultures, fruit-and-vegetable cultures, legume plants, leaf vegetable cultures, fruit trees, woody plants, flowering plants and technical cultures.
