STRUCTURE FOR AN UPPER END MOUNTING PART FOR RECEIVING LOAD OF A REAR STRUT ASSEMBLY WHICH IS FORMED AS A BOX-STRUCTURED SPACE

PURPOSE: A structure for an upper end mounting part of a rear strut assembly is provided to reduce concentrated load transmitted to a wheel housing cover through the rear strut assembly by increasing strength of the upper end mounting part and to improve NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness) of a vehicle by reducing road noise and idle noise. CONSTITUTION: A structure for an upper end mounting part(D) of a rear strut assembly(60) is composed of a rear wheel housing inner panel(51) installed at a rear floor panel(2) forming a trunk room and an inside of a quarter inner panel(1) by welding-combination; a wheel housing cover(52) formed with a guide hole and a bolt hole and welded and combined with the inside of the rear wheel housing inner panel to form a box-structured space(C) between the rear wheel housing inner panel and the wheel housing cover; and a reinforcing bracket(53) and a welding nut(54) mounted on the wheel housing cover by welding-combination to connect with the bolt hole.
