A reclosable pouch comprises a body portion having first and second bag wall s. A first and a second closure mechanism (238a, 238b) are disposed on internal sides of both the first and second bag walls. The first closure mechanism (238a) includes a firsti, female closure element (244b) and a first male closure element (244a). The second closure mechanism (238b) includes a secon d female closure element (256b) and a second male closure element (256a). The first male closure element (244a) includes two hook portions (251a, 251b) extending from an end thereof to engage the legs (252, 254) of the female closure element (244b) and the second male closure element (256a) includes only one hook portion (265) extending from an end thereof to engage one of t he legs (262, 260) of the second female closure element (256b). The first male closure element (244a) disengages from the first female closure element (244 b) with a first external opening force and the second male closure element (256 a) disengages from the second female closure element (256b) with a second external opening force that is less than the first external opening force.
