PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a taxi dispatch request by dispensing with the input of the present position while enabling the dispatch request without a limitation in use, and to ensure the safety of a taxi user and promote the sales or customer collection in a store or facility by having the taxi user stay in the store or facility while waiting for a taxi.

SOLUTION: This taxi allocation system for allocating a taxi 30 through a communication line 50 comprises a plurality of set terminals 10 for transmitting the dispatch request of the taxi 30 to a taxi allocation device 20 according to the taxi user's operation, which is set in the store or facility; and the taxi allocation device 20 for retrieving a taxi dispatchable to the store or facility with the set terminal 10, and instructing the dispatch to the set store or set facility to the corresponding taxi.
