<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ETC on-vehicle system flexibly conformable to an application other than ETC without leading to the complicatedness or cost increase of a structure. <P>SOLUTION: An ETC determination part 11 determines whether the application of a road-side machine is ETC or not by AID included in data received from the road-side machine. When the AID is "18", switching to a data exchange mode is performed, and a DSRC/card communication conversion processing part 14 delivers data with between the road-side machine and the IC card 2. The card OS 21 of the IC card 2 switches a file to be used by the application of the road-side machine based on the SID included in the data received from the road-side machine. In an application for other than ETC, only data exchange is performed in the ETC on-vehicle device 1, and the actual processing is executed by the application of the road-side machine and the IC card 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
