<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive memory card pack which can record a large capacity of digital information and is improved in rewritable number of times. <P>SOLUTION: The memory card pack comprises an external interface part, a memory card which records data transferred via the external interface part, and a nonvolatile memory. A part of the data is stored in the nonvolatile memory in which the rating of the rewriting number of times is larger than that of the memory card. Due to this configuration, a file system region having a large rewriting number of times is written in the nonvolatile memory in which the rating of the rewriting number of times is larger than that of the memory card so that the service life of the memory card pack can be prolonged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
