PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidification material for water-containing sludge, which uses fluorocarbon decomposition products produced by a treatment for decomposing the fluorocarbon to produce the injurious products, thereby reducing the content of a solidification material (cement, quick lime). SOLUTION: This solidification material for the water-containing sludge comprises a solidification material and the fluorocarbon decomposition products produced by the treatment for decomposing the fluorocarbon. The method for producing the solidification material for the water-containing sludge comprises crushing the fluorocarbon decomposition products produced by the treatment for decomposing the fluorocarbon and then mixing the obtained powder with a solidification material.
