PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce the music depending on the circumstances. SOLUTION: In a disk media loaded in disk read device 1, information data are recorded in the comment region of an ID 3 tag. In this case, the information data decide reproduction orders corresponding to the condition of audio data reproduction. An MP 3 decoder 2 reads the information data recorded in ID 3 tag data from an MP 3 file for storing at a first RAM 12. Information (condition information) for indicating a state, when the audio data acquired by a feeling inputting device 5 and a vehicle information device 10 are reproduced, is stored in a second RAM 15. A comparison section 16 decides the reproduction order of the audio data to be reproduced, based on the information data stored in the first RAM 12 and the condition information stored in the second RAM 15.
