PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple clothes pole hanging apparatus producing no noise due to wind and elongating the service life in the clothes pole hanger. SOLUTION: This clothes pole hanging apparatus is so formed that an arm pivot shaft 9 is slidably and rotationally pivoted to a long hole 12, which is bored in the base part 15 of a pole hanging arm 8 and extends longitudinally, within a range of the long hole; an arm fixing shaft fitting part 16 is provided in one end in the lower side in the rotating direction of the base part 15 of the pole hanging arm 8; and, when the arm fixing shaft fitting part 16 is fitted to an arm fixing shaft 10 set in an arm clamping part 7, the longitudinal direction of the pole hanging arm 8 is retained at approximately 40°from the horizontal direction.
