SOLUTION: This protein kinase stimulant contains a pyrazolone derivative expressed by formula (I) (R<SP>1</SP>is H, an aryl or the like; R<SP>2</SP>is H, an aryloxy, an arylmercapto or the like; and R<SP>3</SP>is H, a 1-5C alkyl, a 5-7C cycloalkyl, a 1-3C hydroxyalkyl, benzyl, naphthyl, phenyl or the like) or its physiologically acceptable salt, or their hydrate or solvate, as an active ingredient.
