摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt characteristics measuring device in which the rotation of a rotor is made to follow the rotation of a belt in responsive manner. SOLUTION: The rotation controller 40 of a belt characteristics measuring device comprises a position calculating part 42, a belt slip amount calculating part 41, and a correction amount calculating part 45. The position calculating part 42 calculates a rotational position of a strain sensor pasted to a belt. Since a motor 24 is driven with the rotational position of the strain sensor as a position instruction, the rotor follows the belt in responsive manner. The position calculating part 42 corrects a belt slip amount based on the belt slip amount acquired with the belt slip amount calculating part 41. In an adder 50, the rotational position outputted from the position calculating part 42 is added with an angular difference outputted from the correction amount calculating part 45 for improved responsiveness.
